Cooper’s Hall Anniversary + Rosé Release!

Cooper’s Hall celebrates four years in business and a release of their new rosé. A glass of the rosé and all food is included in the ticket—menu includes Smoked Trout Deviled Eggs, Duck A L’Orange Croquette, Lamb Terrine, Chilled Asparagus Soup, and a Liquid Nitrogren Frosé Station. Tickets are Tickets are $20 in advance (buy here), $25 at the door. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation. More information

Recap: Hello! My Name Is Tasty Cookbook Release Party

On Tuesday evening, I attended the Hello! My Name Is Tasty cookbook release/launch party, which took place at the Plaza Del Toro event space in SE Portland. This space is, of course, run by John Gorham, the chef/owner of the mini Portland food empire of Toro BravoTasty n SonsTasty n AlderMediterranean Exploration Company (MEC), and Shalom Y’all.
