Cooper’s Hall Anniversary + Rosé Release!

Cooper’s Hall celebrates four years in business and a release of their new rosé. A glass of the rosé and all food is included in the ticket—menu includes Smoked Trout Deviled Eggs, Duck A L’Orange Croquette, Lamb Terrine, Chilled Asparagus Soup, and a Liquid Nitrogren Frosé Station. In this fourth iteration of the popular Dim Sum Tapas series, Plaza Del Toro welcomes Chef Gabe Rosen of Biwa and Noraneko, who will prepare tapas inspired by “classic izakaya Japanese favorites with a Portland sensibility.” Xtian Rouillier of Tasty N Son will guest bartend, and is preparing a special cocktail for the occasion.
