A new restaurant will open in the old RX Coffee space—also known as the old Zell’s location—on SE Morrison. Called Frontera Sur, they offer Mexican and Guatemalan food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

A new casual counter-service restaurant plus market called Maglia Rosa has been planned for the old Bollywood Theater location on SE Division. After 11 years in business there, Bollywood Theater’s final day of service was April 19. Owner Troy MacLarty and his team projected the opening to be “end of July,” and here we are at the end of July. Here is what we know so far.

A new bakery called Woodblock Bakery will set up shop in Woodblock Chocolate’s cafe space at their Manufactory very soon. Veteran baker Jesse Schumann is behind the new bakery and he brings with him a team of local industry pros to offer high-quality baked goods, coffee, and service. They plan to open on Wednesday, August 6.
