About a month after temporarily closing for its highly anticipated move, Gumba Pasta Parlor is gearing up for its next chapter. While fans and locals await their reopening, the Bridgetown Bites team got a sneak peek of Gumba’s new space and wanted to share a preview. It’s still under construction, but here’s a glimpse at what’s taking shape ahead of Gumba’s exciting reopening later this month.
The donuts of Portland. Comedian Brandon Lyons is going to all the donut shops in Portland. He started with Coco Donuts. Spoiler: he is not into the mochi donut (at least the ones at Coco), but liked the raised glazed, which is the standard donut he’s using when possible.
