Chef Jose Perez’s QueBola? food cart at the Portland Mercado has a great reputation for serving delicious Cuban food, and in his “Cuba Libre” menu, he’ll offer a version of Cuban cuisine “seldom seen in Portland.” Enjoy Stuffed Tostones, Ensalada de Aguacate, Enchilado de Mariscos, and a Tropical Coconut Flan in this four-course meal.
