Suckerpunch, the “pop-up speakeasy” offering an entire menu of zero-proof cocktails and tasty bites, has a slate of new cocktails and food options. They’ve also expanded their hours of business—and you can walk right in! (Though reservations are still recommended.)

Suckerpunch Drinks

The cocktails look and sound delicious, and as someone who does not drink alcohol, I really love that they are making such creative things to drink that will keep you sober and happy Here are the four drinks available now:

  • EVERYTHING ELSE HAS FAILED: Verjus, Celery, Citrus Oleo, Tonic
  • I’M OK TO GO: Wilderton Earthen, Smith Tea Golden Light, Ginger, Honeycomb Cordial, Red Beet, Pistachio Oil, Dill Oil
  • RITUAL HOWL: Pathfinder, Habanero, El Guapo Love Potion #9 Bitters, Mandarin Soda

Suckerpunch Food

The food has expanded beyond accompanying desserts during their previous prix fixe setup, and is now a “curated selection of snacks and desserts” that run between $4 and $10. Thi sounds very reasonable, especially with the quality of the ingredients and vendors they use.

  • House Marinated Olives
  • Olympia Provisions Pepperettes
  • Umami Corn—Popcorn, Albina Corn Nuts, Porcini, Furikake, Malt Vinegar
  • Crackers and Dip—Cultured Kindness Vegan Artichoke Dip with Sesame-Quinoa Crackers
  • Petit Trois—Creo Dark Chocolate Truffle, Honeycomb, Amarena-Balsamic Pate de Fruit
  • Lauretta Jean’s Seasonal Pie—Served with Kate’s Ice Cream

You can stop by Thursdays through Sundays from 6pm to 10pm. As I mentioned above, walk-ins are welcome, but for a sure thing, get yourself a reservation—especially on Friday and Saturday evenings or for larger parties. You can make a reservation via their Resy page; email Suckerpunch at hi@suckerpunch.bar for parties of 6 or more.

It’s exciting to see places like Suckerpunch grow and thrive in Portland. I look forward to stopping by soon.
