Portland Pride Festival and Parade are this weekend. The Pride Waterfront Festival is Saturday, June 18 from noon to 8pm and Sunday, July 19 from 11:30am to 6pm. There’s a $10 suggested donation to enter, but nobody will be turned away for lack of funds.
