Small Bites: Cowboy’s Burgers, Beer, Dawnbringer, and More

This pizza s’more blew my mind.

Cowboy’s Burgers has opened in Gresham. Their first day open was Tuesday, October 6, and they have gotten a lot of positive reviews—one person remarked, “Nothing like it in the area.” They have a pretty big menu, too. Burgers, of course, but also sandwiches (e.g., gyro, Philly cheese steak, BLT), salads, appetizers, breakfast, tacos, burritos, and more. Small Bites: Sip & Forage, Bistecca, and More in Portland

Sip & Forage grand opens on Saturday. This is a relatively new food cart pod on SW 5th Avenue between SW Hall and College, and the former location of a Wells Fargo Bank. They soft opened August 24 but are doing their grand opening celebration tomorrow from 4pm to 8pm. They have an Airstream cocktail bar and food carts, and will do a raffle, offer drink specials, and food samples. 1900 SW 5th Avenue, Portland
