5. Portland Area CSA Coalition is Hiring
Over the weekend I got an email from the Portland Area CSA Coalition (PACSAC), a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to to promoting Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in the Portland area, about a job opening in their organization. The position they are hiring for is Program Director (part time) and it pays $14.75 – $16.75 per hour, plus paid time off; schedule is flexible within the 20 hours per week the job demands.

I’m currently out of town on a “working vacation,” but I still got the news via email from the neighborhood that Sizzle Pie is moving into the old Atomic Pizza space next door to the Hollywood Theatre. Their Instagram account confirms their arrival in late October, and a renovation.

Sunday, July 23, 2017 marked our one year anniversary of moving to the Hollywood District in Portland. We spent the day taking it easy and not doing much at all—completely the opposite of the year before.
