Welcome to our end-of-the-year roundup of top posts on Bridgetown Bites in 2025—we have chosen the ten most-visited for the year. These posts were about restaurant openings, both happening at the time or at a future date; and roundups focusing on dumplings, anticipated restaurants, Thanksgiving, and SNAP meals (no questions asked). Fun fact: That prior year (2024) our Thanksgiving roundup also placed in the top 10.

Welcome to November 2025’s review of top 5 posts for the month. First of all, I can hardly believe it is now December. November’s top posts were a mix, and our roundup of SNAP meals was a surprising hit—it was created really on the spur of the tragic moment. Our Thanksgiving roundup also did very well, and I’m happy to know it was a helpful resource.

The Gabbiano’s expansion. They’ll be expanding next door into the space that held Lil’ Dame, according to the Portland Business Journal. This additional space will operate as “Gabby’s Next Door” where you can get lunch, and as a private event space. Lunch service will include things like focaccia pizza and soups; you’ll be able to eat in or get takeout. More details in the article. 5425 NE. 30th Avenue, Portland
