I wanted to point you over to the call for vendors at the Rocky Butte Farmers Market—the vendor application is live and you can apply here. RBFM is looking forward to working with vendors of all levels of experience, but they are especially interested in helping first-time vendors or those early in their careers.
I’ve been writing for the Rocky Butte Farmers Market “Market News” page lately, and enjoyed putting together a “top 10” list of why one should consider becoming a vendor at the Market. Some of my favorite reasons are the Market organizers’ commitment to working with vendors to remove barriers to participation, low booth fees, and the supportive local community (not to mention indoor bathrooms and easy parking).
So head on over if you or someone you know are interested in becoming a vendor at the Rocky Butte Farmers Market. It could be just the opportunity you’re looking for. (P.S. And the Sparrowhawk Native Plants fundraiser is still happening as of today!)
