
New Year’s Eve 2025 is about two and a half weeks away, if you can believe it. Parties and celebrations are the name of the game this time of year, and NYE is a great excuse to party. Here are some of the places offering dinners and parties in Portland.

82 Acres
82 Acres is offering a five-course menu for New Year’s Eve 2025. It’s $165 per person, with a optional wine pairing for $75 and a premium wine pairing for $150. They have seatings available at 5:30pm and 8:30pm at the writing of this roundup. Here’s the menu:
- First: Oyster with kiwi and finger lime, mussels escabeche toast, shrimp cocktail, caviar, sunchoke rösti, sour cream, chive.
- Second: Miso-cured black cod.
- Third: Crab pelmeni, sauce Américaine.
- Fourth: Ribeye, truffle jus, bone marrow gnocchi, mushrooms.
- Fifth: Date cake, caramel, whipped cream, gold leaf.

They are offering a vegan tasting menu for $125 per person. Cocktail, wine & NA pairings are available, plus there will be truffles. Here’s the menu:
- 3 Bites: Cauliflower, brown butter, leek; turnip, pickled chard, dulse, shiso; smoked pomme puree, truffle, chive.
- Salad: Assorted endive, yogurt, pickled pomegranate seeds, apple, cranberry, Fino vinaigrette, toasted almonds.
- Parisian Gnocchi: Bechamel, black trumpet ,ushrooms, onion soubise, pickled black Radish, fingerling chips, Meyer lemon.
- Tortelli: Chanterelle duxelle, romanesco, confit garlic, truffle Beurre Monté.

The theme at Bar Nouveau on New Year’s Eve is to “party like it’s 1969, darling.” They are offering a four-course NYE celebration for $99 per person. It starts with a glass of fancy French bubbles—here’s the rest of the menu for the night:
- First: Gribiche deviled egg, chicken liver mousse, Merguez cocktail meatballs. Gruyere cheese straws, pomme de terre tots with Dungeness crab and crème fraiche.
- Second: Belgian endive salad with garlic confit vinaigrette & trout roe, OR classic shrimp cocktail.
- Third: Pâté stuffed quail à l’orange, OR mushroom vol-au-vent with black garlic au poivre.

For New Year’s Eve 2025 they are offering a “cozy, end-of-year French dinner designed for an intimate and indulgent night out.” You’ll start with a glass of bubbles and then proceed to a four-course prix fixe menu. It’s $120 per guest with an optional $45 wine pairing, and additional optional NYE cocktails. Here’s the menu:
- First: Crab, Vadouvan curry mayo, microgreens
- Second: Poached salmon, dill–fennel slaw, baby Gem, citrus dressing.
- Third: Guinea fowl stuffed with pork & foie gras, wine jus; confit potato, snow peas, herb carrots, truffle oil.
- Fourth: Honey-chocolate semifreddo, passionfruit sauce, Cointreau sponge, candied chocolate orange.

Estes is offering a special 5-course prix fixe menu for New Year’s Eve 2025. It costs $55 per person. Here’s the menu:
- First: Oysters on the half shell with Campari granite; Apple & speck Americano salad with chicories, romaine, Parmigiano, old balsamico.
- Second: Truffled cacio e pepe with shaved truffles, grana, black pepper OR Truffled risotto with mushrooms, butternut squash, truffle butter, shaved truffles.

Hey Luigi will offer dinner service on New Year’s Eve from 3pm to 8:30pm. Specials include:
- Oysters (6) with apple & lemon ice, pickled shallot, toasted black pepper, and basil oil ($27).
- 1855 Filet of Beef (7 oz), cast-iron seared with pomme purée, roasted broccolini, and sauce bordelaise ($75).
- Surf & Turf Ravioli with shrimp & lobster, sauce bordelaise, herbs & lemon zest ($45).
Countdown to Midnight
They’ve put together a package that takes place from 10:30pm to 1:30am, with a reserved table priced at $60 per person or standing room for $50 per person. Here’s what you get (drink specials available for additional purchase):
- Prosecco and limoncello Jell-o welcome shots.
- Complimentary Prosecco toast at midnight.
- Passed bites: caviar bite, arancini, prosciutto-wrapped mango, Luigi beef sliders.

Their approach is a little different: no reservations. They are still working out the menu but it will be ” guided by island roots & the innovative flavors that bring comfort & connection—new plates, new cocktails, & maybe the return of a few favorites. This year, it’s less about the clock & more about being present—sharing space, feeding the soul, & welcoming the new year with warmth & intention! Pull up, settle in & ring it in with us.”
All this will be happening at Toya Ramen in Southeast Portland from 4:30pm to 9:30pm or until sold out. They’ll have food, cocktails, sake, beer, and NA options. This is a family-friendly event.

Nostrana
Nostrana and Enoteca Nostrana are hosting an Italian-inspired dinner for New Year’s Eve 2025. It will be in the Nostrana main dining room or in the adjacent wine cellar of Enoteca Nostrana next door. Dinner starts at $135 per person with a selection of add-ons: $49 for Wine Pairings, $29 for oysters; $35 for a Champagne toast; and $49 for a Caviar Croque Monsieur. There is also a 22% service charge to anticipate.

Then at 10pm Enoteca Nostrana transforms into Discoteca Nostrana. This is their annual after-party featuring music, dancing, a midnight balloon drop, and a Champagne toast “to welcome 2025 with a splash.”

They are offering multiple options to welcome 2026, from a NYE tasting menu to brunch on New Year’s Day.
Bellpine
At Bellpine, enjoy a four-course New Year’s Eve 2025 tasting menu on December 31, with seatings at 5pm to 7pm and 7:30pm to 9pm; 9:30pm to midnight. It costs $149 per person, $75 per child with a 20% gratuity applied to the bill. There will be a seasonal menu with an accompaniment of curated vinyl records spinning throughout the evening. Here is the menu:
- First: Prawn with persimmon, pomegranate veil, pearl onion; and Foie Gras Bao with apple glazed foie, squash ketchup, squash chips.
- Second: Mackerel with shaved radish and fennel, Harrisa duo (Green and rose).
- Third: Eye of Ribeye from Yellowfoot steak, with Diane Duchess potato.
- Fourth: Passionfruit White Chocolate Sphere with ivory chocolate cremeux, passionfruit center, ivory and thyme crumble.

Ballroom
At The Ritz-Carlton, Portland’s Ballroom there will be a New Year’s Eve party from 7:30pm to 1am. It costs $399 per person. You’ll experience “multiple culinary presentations throughout the night, live entertainment, flowing sparkling wine and an electric atmosphere to toast to 2026.” Reserve on their Open Table page.
Overnight
They have put together an overnight package made of two event tickets, valet parking, breakfast for two, and a bottle of sparkling wine delivered to the room for a midnight toast. Rates vary and you can find more information here.
Brunch
Then there’s New Year’s Day brunch at Bellpine from 11am to 3pm. It will feature seafood displays, chef-attended stations and live jazz. It’s $60 to $125 per person. Reserve on their Open Table page.

They’ll be doing a “hotel-wide New Year’s Eve party with food all night long, a champagne toast at midnight, tunes by Travis Jones up on the rooftop, Chris Hardin at the speakeasy, music by Aléa Lorén + crew at the lobby bar and a surprise bar in The Apartment.”
