
Welcome to 2026 Portland Salad Week, one of our favorite annual traditions at Bridgetown Bites! It’s a chance to celebrate the incredible restaurants and small businesses that showcase the abundance of fresh, local produce our lovely state has to offer. And we’re excited to spotlight the 2026 Portland Salad Week restaurant specials for you to enjoy over the next five days.
At these restaurants you’ll find familiar favorites that have been with us from the beginning alongside some wonderful newcomers, each serving up a salad worth checking out. We hope you’ll discover a few new favorites and get out to experience them for yourself.
Many of these featured salads will be available during Salad Week: Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, while others will remain on menus longer, giving you more time to enjoy the season’s fresh flavors. A map of the participants can be found here.
Bethany’s Table: Scallop Salad

Bethany’s Table is serving up a decadent scallop salad, their creative take on the classic Mexican Cobb. Featuring seared sea scallops, fresh tomatoes, avocado, red onion, crispy bacon, and crunchy tortilla strips, it’s hearty, flavorful, and a perfect example of a truly satisfying “big salad” (but more on that soon)! The scallop salad will be available starting this week all the way through August for $29.

Burmese Corner: Fermented Tea Leaves Salad

This vibrant Fermented Tea Leaves Salad comes from Burmese Corner, the new food cart from the team behind Burmese Delight, which has several locations throughout Portland. We’re thrilled to see them bring their fresh, vegan-friendly fare to a mobile format.
Packed with fermented tea leaves, freshly prepared vegetables, roasted beans, and crunchy sunflower seeds, this colorful salad delivers plenty of texture and bold flavor. Choose the vegan version for $15 or add chicken for $17. It’s available from July 22 through the end of the month.

Cibo: Farro Salad

Cibo’s rustic, fresh approach shines in this vibrant farro salad. Built around this nutty ancient grain, it’s tossed with finely chopped cucumbers, peppers, red onion, fresh herbs, and dressed with Seka Hills Arbequina olive oil for a simple, flavorful finish. Extra bonus: This salad is vegan, and is available in the restaurant now for $14.

Crisp Salads: NoPo Salad

In honor of Salad Week, Crisp is bringing back one of their original salads called the NoPo. Featuring arugula, field greens, Oregon hazelnuts, feta cheese, cranberries, and wild smoked salmon, it comes with their marionberry dressing, adding an extra helping of local flavor. The NoPo returns exactly on July 20th to kick off Salad Week.

Elephants Deli: The Ranchero Salad

Elephants Deli packs lots of bold flavor into this colorful salad. Fresh spinach and romaine are topped with Bang Bang chicken, black beans, corn, Monterey Jack cheese, pepitas, and one of our favorite local ingredients, Mama Lil’s peppers, for that extra kick. Finished with roasted garlic ranch dressing and served with a slice of focaccia, it’s a satisfying meal for $15.95, available at the Corbett Avenue location.

Fresh Love: Peach Burrata Salad

Fresh Love is celebrating the season’s bounty with this stunning Peach Burrata Salad that’s bursting with local flavor. Another great example of a “big salad,” it features juicy freestone peaches, heirloom tomatoes, toasted pepitas, pickled red onions, creamy burrata, and a house-made balsamic vinaigrette. Available now for $14.50, while the peaches last.

Gin Thai Brasserie: Yum Mama Salad

Inspired by a classic Thai street food favorite, this nostalgic noodle salad is a fun pick for anyone who loves bold flavors and a bit of texture. It combines minced chicken, onions, carrots, tomatoes, cilantro, peanuts, and those curly instant noodles, all tossed in a tangy lime dressing with chili jam. Available during Portland Salad Week for $12.

Harlow: Chilled Rice Noodle Salad

Harlow’s Chilled Rice Noodle Salad is a refreshing choice for warm summer days. It features chilled rice noodles, tofu, a crisp cucumber kimchi salad, and a rich peanut sauce. Available during Portland Salad Week for $15.75.

Kachka: Heirloom Tomato Salat

Kachka’s gorgeous heirloom tomato salad is summer on a plate. Bursting with vibrant heirloom tomatoes, it’s complemented by sunflower seed tahina, adjika sunflower seeds, Jimmy Nardello peppers, opal basil, and edible marigolds for a beautiful pop of color. Available during dinner service during Portland Salad Week for $15.

Kachka Fabrika: Marinated Mussels Salad

Another excellent summer dish, this marinated mussels salad is light yet packed with high-quality protein. It features generously sized mussels, pickled carrots, cilantro, garlic, and a fragrant paprika-coriander oil. Pair it with one of Kachka’s signature vodka infusions for the full experience. Available during Portland Salad Week for $10. What a great value!

Mother’s Bistro: Grilled Peach & Manchego Salad

A true Portland classic, Mother’s Bistro is rolling out the red carpet for Portland Salad Week with their Grilled Peach and Manchego Salad. Each bite offers peppery arugula, grilled local peaches, crunchy almonds, Manchego cheese, and a drizzle of roasted shallot vinaigrette. Available for $16.

Nostrana: Insalata Mista

Leave it to Nostrana to create something seasonal, beautiful, and healthy with this insalata mista. What we love most is that this salad is built around produce grown at their nearby garden/farm, L’Orto Nostrano. A true celebration of summer, it features their own lettuces, crisp summer vegetables, Arbequina olive oil, and red wine vinegar. It doesn’t get more local or fresh than this!

The Paladins League: Archfeys Summer Feast Salad

We couldn’t pass up sharing the restaurant’s description of this beautiful summer salad, so here goes! “A scrumptious salad straight from the Summer Court! A fresh, leafy bed of mixed greens topped with sliced tomato and cucumber, diced mango and pineapple, red cabbage and rings of pickled red onion, topped with our house-made Summer Nectar Vinaigrette with hints of honey and lime. This blissful salad is as fleeting as the Summer Queen herself!” Available all week for $12.

Sebastiano’s: Green Goddess Salad

They’ve we’ve been offering a delicious side salad the last few weeks, which they’ve adapted for Salad Week. It’s a fresh mix of Gathering Together Farms organic salad greens with cucumbers, pickled fennel, Seb Salt almonds and Green Goddess dressing. Available all week (they’re open 10:30am to 3pm daily) for $10.

Spoons PDX: Garden Salad with Chicken or Tofu

Spoons PDX is serving up a gluten-free Garden Salad available with your choice of chicken or tofu. Packed with delicious ingredients like sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, and crunchy roasted chickpeas over romaine and spring mix, it’s finished with a flavorful curried mango dressing for a bright summer twist. Available all week for $14.
