Bee, AKA, Rebecca Powazek-Anderson, has been making custom cakes and throwing pop-ups in this space at the intersection of NE Sandy Blvd and Fremont Street. This past weekend I made it over to Fig Fest at One Green World Nursery. One of the things that was on my docket was to try the different figs they had to offer; there were seven varieties to sample.

Last summer I found their collagen coolers to be very tasty, and over the years I had heard high praise for their bone broths. Owner Tessa Yellig posted a long announcement about the closing on Facebook, which ended with the news that she will be continuing her teaching and consulting at Wild Heart Solutions.
